No better day to celebrate an impressive world record in Denmark. 93% of cans and bottles are returned for recycling ā the highest percentage in the world! If we look at plastic bottles alone, a whopping 96% are returned*.
Every day 5,2 million cans and bottles are returned in Denmark ā this means that almost every person in Denmark returns a bottle or can every single day.
While we can and should celebrate all milestones, we still have a lot of work ahead of us. Every minute 1 truck of plastic enters our ocean and we are on a mission to stop it and you can be a part of it.šš½
